Wendy Palmer (“I”, “me”) is bound by Australian Consumer Law which guarantees your rights when a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees.
Because I am offering a downloadable product, I cannot offer a refund if you change your mind, decide you don’t like it, or don’t get around to using it. Nor will I provide a refund if you order the print version but do not allow enough time for delivery.
